SHIPPING INFO 

Xpression Mobile ships from Monday to Friday excluding weekend and USA public holiday. Orders are ship the next business day after payment cleared. Same day shipping is possible for orders placed before 1 PM. Sales tax may be applicable for certain states which will also calculated and appear during checkout.

All of orders shipped to USA will get a basic shipping for FREE which will take up to 10 business days  regardless of the total amount spent. For a faster and guaranteed shipment, additional shipping method and charges are available as follows:

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

Our return policy accept return for FULL refund and/or exchange at no additional charge within 30 calendar days from delivery date. 

For return past 30 days from delivery date, you are required to communicate with us to receive RMA number and prepaid shipping label if eligible before returning the item back. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received, and in original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (deducted by 25%): 

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts 
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
