Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders from the Xpression Faith collection may require 3–6 business days for processing due to their made-to-order nature.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select. You'll see all available options and their costs before completing your order.
All orders are shipped from California, USA.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes must be requested directly with the shipping carrier.
Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country upon delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number before sending anything back — returns without an RMA may not be processed.
