Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Xpression. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Xpression Faith collection orders are processed within 3–6 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from California, USA.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping service and destination.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to request any address changes.

Xpression is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Invalid address
  • Undeliverable address
  • Refused delivery

Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Import charges

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, inserts, and tags.
  • Show no signs of wear or damage caused by use.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.
